Seated Press
 
Start: Back against pad with shoulder width grip
 
Finish: Press bar up over head
Standing Overhead press

Start: Feet hip width apart, hands slightly wider than shoulder width grip, 
arms bent at about right angle
 
Finish: Press bar up over head extending arms while keeping shoulders back

Start: Feet hip width apart, shoulders back, arms extended in front of thighs

Finish: Raise bar up until level with shoulders keeping arms straight and shoulders back
Cuban Press
Start: Feet hip width apart, arms shoulder width apart, pull bar up to sternum level
Finish: Rotate arms keeping arms in right angle position, until full rotation
