French Press Barbell
Start: Lying on ball with upper back and shoulder blades rested on ball, with pelvis elevated and bridged holding bar with arms extended
Finish: Lower bar to about a right angle and keeping pelvis bridged
French Press Dumbbell
Start: Lying flat on bench, arms extended over chest and palms facing each other
Finish; Lower dumbbells to side of ears, to about right angle while elbows stay stationary
Kickbacks
 
 
Start: Sitting on ball leaning forward, with elbows held high and and palms facing each other
 
Finish: Keeping elbows held high extend arms backward
Overhead Triceps Extensions
 
 
Start: Sitting on ball with torso in upright position and arms holding dumbbell 
behind head in right angle position

 
Finish:  Extend arms up behind head with dumbbell
